The Pennies from heaven program was developed in 2003. The purpose of the “Pennies from Heaven” program is to provide a nurturing Christian environment where each child can grow to their fullest potential academically, physically, socially, and spiritually. This is to be accomplished by providing learning and developmental opportunities consistent with the Christian principles of Davis Blvd Baptist Church.
Mother’s Day Out has teacher assistants and backup worker positions open for the remainder of 2017 as well as the 2017-2018 School Year. Please contact Cindy Bell for more information.

Pre-registration is now open for the Mother’s Day Out Program for the 2017-2018 school year for returning students and their siblings. Registration will be open to the public beginning April 1, 2017. Enrollment is open to children 1 to 5 years old.
Registration Fee (Non-refundable): $25
1st Supply Fee (Due with first month’s tuition): $75
2nd Supply Fee (Due with February’s tuition): $25
Tuition is due on the first of each month and is considered late after the 10th of the month ($10.00 late fee applies). There is no deduction in tuition for holidays, absences and inclement weather.
Tuition rates are as follows:
First child: $165/month
Second child: $155/month (a savings of $10)
Third child: $145/month (a savings of $20)
*Church members receive a discounted rate!
MDO operates every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. Program starts in August and ends in May. We follow the Birdville ISD holiday and inclement weather calendar.
Teacher to Student Ratio
We have two teachers for every 12 students.
The teachers at Pennies from Heaven (Mother’s Day Out) are dedicated to providing a positive learning experience for your children. Teachers work within a set curriculum to ensure certain skills and subject areas are covered to help prepare your children academically. Children are provided opportunities for individual development as well as group participation in the classroom. Our program uses biblically and academically based curriculum.
We want your children to enjoy learning and leave this program confident in themselves and God’s love for them.
